These small humanoid creatures survive the harsh climate of the north due to their thick black fur. The fur covers their entire body, leaving only faint hints of there being physical features such as eyes, ears, mouths and noses beneath.
It is not uncommon to find Utidii, particularly the hunters and gatherers, wearing furs and leathers in a very primitive and haphazard fashion presumably to further ward off the cold.
Those that have seen a Utidi up close will often speak of how its face appears disfigured, a hideous twisted version of a miniature human face, though with all of the fur, it is difficult to be sure how accurate those statements are.
