Actually I think most of them are scared off by OMG FFA PVP and don't bother reading past that. Those that do, however, have actually joined up and become productive members, as far as I can tell.

I can't bump the hype just yet (too low rank a user), but we're still 5th

considering how early in development the game is I think that's pretty impressive

Go to all the guild wars 2 hate threads and defend the game or you can go to the mortal online section and post something that is actually constructive and you will get reputation from both the fanboys and the haters (which is what I did, I wouldn't defend guild wars 2 just for some reputation).

This is really disappointing because hype vote has barely 150 votes, and Kickstarter movement had twice more. Get everyone to support EoC on MMORPG.com If you back it here, back it there.

I think DayZ has done us a great favor by easing the tension that has come with FFA PVP, showing the mainstream that it isn't so bad and can actually be a lot of fun.
