Should your in game name be linked to your forum name

I voted second. There should be a viable option to be a spy or a thief without people on the board knowing who that is and giving them a hard time. I am going to be a crafter, but do not want to take that away from others.

Obviously second option. Social deception and manipulation are key features in conquest based sandbox enviornment.

Besides, if they forced such forum to character link, I would simply use my other gaming account for social interaction on the forums.

I don't want any forum linking in-game, but I don't have a problem if people want to display their in-game name on the forum. It just shouldn't be mandatory. I don't think a system is necessary though, as people could easily just use their signatures to advertise their in-game name.

This is true but also leaves it open for people to pretend to be some one ells

I selected the toggle option. Though I couldn't care less if you made me list my name. Considering you will already know my name.

I voted for toggle as well. That being said I dont really care either way - I already plan on being more visible than in other games, making my name known and all that. I try to stay out of the forum flame wars anyway, where I imagine the bread and butter of this feature is - taunting people with "IG name or GTFO"...
