From the presentation of Stats and their effect, I would expect that it would be rather easy to bring a naked person with 1 point of Endurance and Dexterity to their knees rather quickly with a 2handed axe to the back of the head from a veteran axe master.
I would also expect such a person to be rather weak to just about everything in the game, and would probably get the idea after getting almost killed by some basic mob that they need to do something to correct the situation.
So the idea of fast kills might exist as theory, I would not expect to find many players willing to live out their game in such a precarious position.

Look how much of a problem naked griefers/scroachers were to new players in darkfall and to carebear players end-game. If your enemy has anything other than foul language and a feather duster your only option naked should be to run unless they're AFK. I'm 100% behind 1 or 2 hit kills against nakeds. Naked PVP/travel/anything goes against the whole notion of consequence that I'd play a full loot MMO to have.

While there are other, and better, ways to prevent Naked Travel/PVP (for instance, basing Inventory on what equipment you're wearing), I do agree with you Ahnull, that killing naked players should be quick and easy (if you hit them), but still I disagree with 1-hit instant kills. 2-3 hits, or 1-2 hits + bleed/poison should be the minimum to take out most unarmored players, IMO.

Sorry that you would be denied the one hit gratification that you are looking for, but 2-3 hits will still only take less than 5 seconds so stop crying.

It depends entirely on the amount and type of armour, as well as the type and quality of the weapon. AND where you hit them.
Good luck trying to kill a man in full plate mail, with a sword. When your blade doesn't glance off the smooth shiny metal, it's dealing purely blunt damage in a central point where the force is easily absorbed and dissipated. You'd have to use your pommel, make them immobile due to exhaustion, or strike between the joints with your blade. It's going to take you a LOT of hits to accomplish significant damage using that sort of weapon.
However, were you to use a Heavy Mace/Warhammer, the blunt force would be easily transferred to the body beneath, causing serious trauma, This decreasing the number of hits required to take them out. OR if you use a Dagger, with some good acrobatic skills and the ease of weapon maneuverability, you would be able to seek out the weak spots in the armor and far more easily exploit them than a longer blade, such as a sword, could do.
Ultimately, how long it takes to kill someone is determined by how well their gear matches up with yours, as well as their skill at avoiding your blows, and your skill at dealing them. Body HP should be 1-2-hits minimum with serious weapons, depending on their strength, and any additional effects like bleed, poison, or internal trauma. In armor, with the most favorable advantage on your side, an equal amount, if you lack the gear advantage, far longer. Where you hit also should count.Ever heard of a Legal Pirate?
