    Cool Magic pet system

Well we all know it is a distinct possibility, for people to have magic pets, I for one would love to have necromancy and raise an army of zombies. I just want to know what you guys think should be in this group of magical pets, tamed magical creatures or only golems and the such. Even how it should be that you get the pets, I personally would love rituals to summon or create certain pets and certain regents to make or summon them. So what is on your mind?
When all else fails to solve a problem, use legions of undead. When legions of undead are the problem, sit back and watch how many people die before it ends.

It would be nice for their to be natural tamers and magical tamers. Natural tamers would have the animal as a friends, while magic tamers would force animals to fight for them and be able to summon creatures as well.

I would be against those who force pets, and fight with my pet in which I created a bond by beating it in a dual. Or what ever that goes with taming and isn't forcing. I say forced pets should have a greater weakness then pets that are bonded with their tamer.

    Derp. Ideas flowing.. Initializing... Typing...

Why not allow pets to have their own personalities. Instead of just being a "pet" and I'm not just talking about how they fight and what not, more like what they can do aside from fighting.

Hmm, what do you mean by black and white? Not quite familiar with the training styles. Though I was thinking more like the pets learn from their tamers as well as from each fight the engage in. Let's say it fights a higher leveled monster and surely can't defeat it, but after fighting it more then once it begins to be able to withstand that monsters attack more then it could before.

Yes please! Randomly generated animal personality's shaped by their experiences in the game world for the win!

what he means by black and white style is that the trainer punishes or rewards the creature when it does something and it is more inclined to do something that it is rewarded for, look up the game some time (note, look up black and white 2, the first one is now considered collectible and is expensive) it is really fun.

Of course bonded pets would be far stronger and more willing, but they would of course have to be tamed, while a magi could walk by any animal and force it to do things.

EDIT: Maybe even humans despite their greater intelligence
